The client, WT 33 Pty Ltd, had recently purchased an old warehouse just off Gouger Street. Whilst waiting for development approval for this site, the client engaged Park Yeah to provide some holding income.
After viewing the site, and with our knowledge and expertise of the area, we decided the best way to maximise income for our client was to offer the site for monthly parking.
As we were able to utilise the roller door at this location, we were able to market the location as secure, 24/7 parking. As such, this location became an attractive commodity to the traders in and around Gouger Street and The Central Market.
With Park Yeah taking on all managerial responsibilities of the old warehouse, we were able to provide our client a monthly return more than $2,000.00.
